What is à la carte?

We are an exclusive dining and privilege programme hosted by Millennium Hotels and Resorts. As a valued member, a premium list of dining, accomodation and lifestyle benefits await you at the luxurious Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur. Regional room, dining and lifestyle benefits are also available for your enjoyment at our participating sister hotels in Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and New Zealand.

How much is a membership and how long does it last for?

I am an à la carte card holder. What are my dining discount entitlements?

My membership card has been lost/stolen. What should I do?

Safe keeping of the membership card is the responsibility of the member. Loss or theft of the card must be reported immediately to à la carte. A fee of RM 100 will be charged for card replacement.

The vouchers from my membership package has been lost/stolen. What should I do?

Due to the cash value attached to each voucher, à la carte is unable to replace any/all lost vouchers and accorded benefits.

Are discounts applicable for takeaway meals?

Discounts will only be accorded on dine-in meals.

Can my spouse use my à la carte card in my absence?

Due to the non-transferable nature of the card, discounts will only be accorded to the member.

My friend and I are both à la carte members. Can we combine both our cards for a better dining discount?

Due to audit purposes, all dining outlets will only be able to accept 1 card per table, reservation or dining party.

What happens if I have forgotten to bring along my à la carte card and would like to still utilize my discount benefits?

In the event that membership card cannot be produced upon payment of the bill, the restaurant will be unable to accord any discount.

What is the difference between a non-transferable and transferable voucher?

Non-transferable vouchers can only be used by an à la carte member. Any unauthorized attempts to use a non-transferable voucher will not be entertained by the hotels or restaurants.
Transferable vouchers may be used by a non-member to enjoy special dining discounts and privileges. The information fields on the back of the voucher must be filled up in full before the voucher is deemed valid by the hotels or restaurants.
