TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

• The use of the à la carte membership card and vouchers constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herewith.
• The à la carte membership card must be presented for stated discounts and privileges to be deemed valid.
• à la carte Member privileges are not extended to service charges and/or government taxes.

MEMBERSHIP CARD AND VOUCHERS

• The membership card remains the property of à la carte and Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur and must be returned upon request.
• The membership card is NON-TRANSFERABLE and must be signed by the member to be deemed valid.
• Membership card usage is limited to one card per dining party, table or reservation. Use of multiple cards will not be accepted for group bookings.
• Membership benefits derived from use of vouchers and/or membership card are valid on the food only portion of the dining bill.
• à la carte Main and Partner cards cannot be used together in the same meal period.
• The member must produce a valid membership card and/or surrender the voucher(s) to enjoy the intended privileges.
• Advanced reservations are required and use of all vouchers is subject to availability.
• Transferable vouchers will only be deemed valid if all necessary information fields on the back are completed in full.
• Membership benefits are valid until the expiry date as printed on the membership card and vouchers.
• Membership benefits and vouchers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or privileges unless otherwise stated.

ACCOMMODATION

• All room rates are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
• Reservations must be made in advance and confirmation is subject to availability.
• Complimentary accommodation vouchers are valid on a Room Only basis at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur.
• A valid membership card and accommodation voucher must be produced upon check-in to enjoy the privileges.

DINING

• Membership dining privileges are strictly non-transferable and applicable at all participating establishments only.
• The member must produce a valid membership card and/or a valid voucher to enjoy the intended privileges.
• Discounts extended are based on the number of main meals per diner at the table.
• Discounts are applicable on à la carte main course or buffet meal orders and does not extend to set menus, beverages, other promotional and premium items.
• Beverages will be entitled to a 15% discount at all participating food and beverage outlets (by the glass, and excluding all premium drinks).

RESTRICTION OF USAGE

The à la carte benefits (unless otherwise stated) are valid all year round except on the following days: Valentine's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Eve of and first three days of Lunar New Year.

• Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice
• Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to include/exclude any benefits/participating outlets during the course of the membership promotion
• Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to restrict usage during promotions or on promotional items

PARTICIPATING MERCHANTS

• Discounts or privileges extended by participating merchants are bound by validity period stated and may be varied or withdrawn without prior notice.
• All purchases made by the Member from the participating merchants are strictly between the Member and the participating merchants. Member shall not hold à la carte and/or Millennium Hotels and Resorts liable for any loss or damage suffered. Such loss or damage include, without limitation, goods or services of unsatisfactory quality, goods or services that are not fit for the purposes for which they have been purchased, and the failure by participating merchants to pass good title to Member for any products purchased.
• Members recognise and agree that no claims or demands will be brought against à la carte and/or Millennium Hotels and Resorts in relation to purchases from the participating merchants.
• à la carte and Millennium Hotels and Resorts have the discretion to revise the list of participating merchants, and reserve the right to add, amend or withdraw any terms and conditions and benefits available to Members from time to time as it deems fit without prior notice.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• LOST OR STOLEN:
  Safe keeping of membership card is the responsibility of the member. Loss or theft of the card must be reported immediately to à la carte. A fee of RM 100 will be charged for card replacement. Membership vouchers and accorded benefits will not be replaced if lost or misplaced.
• CANCELLATION:
  Cancellations will be honoured on unused memberships only. Requests should be made up to 10 working days from the date of purchase of the membership. An administrative fee of RM 200 will apply. In the event that the membership benefits have been utilised, no cancellation will be accorded.
• PRIVACY STATEMENT:
  Personal information collected by Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or government agencies. à la carte and Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur may use collected data or information for marketing purposes of businesses operated or owned by Millennium Hotels and Resorts, Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur and/or partner product promotions. Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to include or exclude partners, dining outlets and benefits at discretion.
